Welcome to the Cala Llonga Owners’ Association website! This site contains useful information for owners and visitors alike. It also demonstrates the benefits of becoming a member of our Association and enjoying great discounts on the island for a small annual fee.
You can become a member if you are a property owner, tenant or a boat-owner with a mooring in the Cala Llonga marina.
Cala Llonga is Mahón’s most prestigious urbanization. Situated on the north shore of Mahón Harbour, it occupies a vast tract of land and has 360 houses on a total of 540 plots. The owners are a healthy mix of nationalities and more and more people are coming to live here all the year round.
